That being said, we do not have much of an introduction for this week's Link Dump. The end of the hockey season means we are now stuck with NBA playoffs (which don't become interesting until June) and the second (of seven) month of Major League Baseball's regular season. The Chief did admit that it was too soon to be writing his end of season review, after all, a man has to grieve. But he did promise he already has a theme and an outline and his epic season in review will be forthcoming, just not yet. But once that is done, the dog days of summer really set in and we have to get creative to keep you all entertained (you are entertained, right?) and coming back for more. So the Chief has called a "team meeting" this weekend at his place so that we can lay out a battle plan for the upcoming months until the actual sports of the sports world getting interesting again. My Better Half has even promised to be there, as she hopes contributing more to this wonderful site might be the much needed stress relief she been looking for during the weekdays.
So, while we all start brainstorming some ideas that we can discuss this weekend [read: take a "lawyer lunch" and go home early], here are some things you might have missed to help you pass the time until your Friday comes to an end:
